"Gold Grams" is not suggestive of GoldMoney "GoldGrams" is. We >simply use
the term "Gold Grams" to mean that the gold is stored in e->gold as grams.

JAMES: I disagree with your statement above. GoldGrams, Gold Grams,
goldgrams, and gold grams are indeed suggestive of GoldMoney. Further,
they are trademarked terms, and have nothing whatsoever to do with E-Gold.
This is to ask that you not use any of these terms.

JAMES: We therefore suggest that you follow the policy proposed in your
other statement. "...we wish to use grams." Grams are not a trademarked
term, and are not suggestive of GoldMoney. Thank you.

VIRTUALGOLD: Itsn't this sad! I can't use "Gold Grams, GoldGrams,
goldgrams" as james (goldmoney) just pointed out and I can't use
"eCurrency, ecurrency, e-currency" as Ken Griffith (e-bullion)pointed out.
OK guys! I would not be using any of your Trademarks on my site. Let's all
live in peace and continue to serve our purpose.

OH! ?? (e-gold) have I used any trademark words of yours? If I have done
so please let me know, so I can have all these things cleared away.

Respectfully,
Morgan
