The fact that a scammer 'recommends' an exchange provider does not mean that the exchange provider endorses the scammer.
That is just A=A=A thinking. i.e. anything equals anything.
The scammer could say "go to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for a good deal" Would that make Saul a scammer too?
I think not and I am sure Saul would agree, would you not?
In addition, as Graham of Goldnow has pointed out. The fact that you do not see things happening does not mean they are not happening. Only that you are not seeing them
