It have come to our attention that some "e-gold" users have brought
serious accusations to our company. I have copied below the message that
has upset me most.

I would like to explain what an e-gold market makers job is:

They trade between real money and digital money and the other way around.
If I am wrong please correct me.

Anybody who runs a business needs to protect his own interest and manage
it as they consider in accordance to the laws.

The fees that we apply to our services can not be imposed by another party
and we establish them according to our interests.

A personal request to Mr. Saul Gustama. We keep records of all our
transactions and I can assure you Sir that you have never contacted or
dealt with us. How can you say all those things about us when I am sure
you hardly know our web site.

About the escrow sites. That thing is illegal and our company does not
involve in illegal business. We have never been contacted by an escrow
site to request a partnership and I am sure that the other Market Makers
haven't done business with this kind of scams. The scammers direct their
victims to Market Makers. It is logical because we TRADE the e-currency.

Market Makers have no fault in this story. Consumers should apply on their
side a due diligence policy as a normal business also should. We have
stopped fraud attempts and have helped innocent customers not to fall in
well elaborated scams. It was no big deal. Just checked and talked with
the person that wanted to fund account. Most of the scams are for funding
e-currency accounts.

The digital gold economy and e-currencies economy are new business
sectors. They need to evolve according to rules and ideas they were
created.

Only those who know how to protect themselves and understand how this
economy works will survive.

Regards.
