Hmmm.... I would be pissed off. We ask for ID before we accept e-gold. If the user does not agree, he does not have to continue. If the user does continue, we do not offer a 100% refund if the user changes his mind because of spend fees and administrative work on our part.
They should tell in advance though. It's just more fair. Who asked you to cough up and ID btw?
