To repeat... 1mdc Lodgments *literally* gives away gold. It's that simple.
For the zillionth time...it's a MARKETING COST. It's no more mysterious than
running a banner ad for $45,000 or PayPal giving away $5 to new customers,
or hell, Amazon.com running at a $50 LOSS PER ORDER for a few years ("how
could they afford it?!"). "
But, the example of Amazon and PayPal purchasing a long time client is very
much (!!!!!) different from 1mdc scenario since they have a revenue on the
client. So, paying for long time client has an economic calculation.
Paying for a long time client without any revenue from that client seems
un-reasonable.
