For a good Maestro card, I am a big fan of e-Fidex.
They offer a great one which I've had for some time.
I'm told e-Bullion is about to ship their MasterCards.
I think Steve Renner was offering a Cirrus card of
some sort at Cash Cards. I can vouch for the safety
and efficacy of these cards, as well as their vendors.
As for fees, happiness isn't cheap.
Frank tells us that MegaSB accepts e-gold. That's
great. I wonder if they pay for referrals?
