I would like to address recent accusations about our company. As many of you know, Akasha Gold Exchange has been acquired by GetGoldNow. In this transiiotn we have been making many changes. These changes have also been to replace some employees and also change how we do business. There has been a huge increase in the amount of fraud attempts to exchnage companies and thus has caused tighter security measures and a change in buisness services.
One area that was and still is in development is our Gold Cards. Recently we had another exchange provider become a resller for the cards. At that time I was the only one handling any of these orders because it was a new program. Upon me leaving to go out of town, 2 orders were not not completed as per instructions given to employee. This caused a problem with one of the reseller's orders. In addition one order has been held by customs. This is a metter that is out of our control. The reseller has sent numerous upon numerous emails to my staff saying the same thing over and over, after I had already addressed the situation and promised a resolution. Because the resolution did not happen within an hour, they have decided to bad mouth us and offer false claims about our company. I do not wish to call names or play that game as we are only trying to structure a sound business and we are thankful to the more than 600 active and satisfied members that we currently have. Further we have also had recent complaints coming from some members that stole funds from otehrs via PayPal and then tried sending us those fraudluent funds. When they did not receive there gold they came complaning to us! People if you are going to use PayPal to send fraudulent funds pleae know that PayPal can track this and will freeze all accounts involved. Again this is something that we find amusing and further we have cancelled these memberships and reported all to E-Gold. We no longer accept PayPal as a form of payment. Our goal is to continue to provide a fast, safe and affordable method to exchange your e-currencies. If there is ever a problem with someones order, we will work with you to resolve such an instance. We also expect that anyone using our services understand our terms and conditions properly as this is REQUIRED to become a member and use our services.
