Just a follow up to E-Told's report on the recent complaint from Incremental Gold to our company.
I have usually observed that most good news reporting companies will usually get the complete story before publishing. This is obvioulsy NOT the case with E-Told Reports. In their case they decided to take "one" perosns story and go from there. They furtehr claimed that they indeed sent us some sort of email requesting info from us prior to printing their story. This never happened. We keep ALL emails that come in to our server and their email was not present. In the case with Incremental Gold, we have assured the owner that his matter is important as is any case where an order is wrong or inaccurate in any way. We have reached an agreement with Incremental Gold that we both desire a "peaceful" resolve to any dispute. Again we feel that all this publicity was not warranted but will do our best to make sure we address any concerns with GetGoldNow and our services. We only want to provide a solid, safe and pleasent experience for our members and continue to build up our customer service dept to provide superior support to all of our members.
