Dear Jim

I am a former law enforcement officer, R.P.N.G. Constabulary (Royal Papua
New Guinea Constabulary). I think that perhaps you should make a forum on
the 'Gun Debate' rather than air your point of view on the e-gold forum,
as the right to bear has nothing to do with e-gold.

I also owned and operated a Security Consultancy, suppling weapons,
munitions and accessories to the P.N.G Authorities, nationals and
expatriates based in country.

Unfortunately I have seen first hand the effect of a projectile on the
human body, and my opinion is for better education on personal security.
You do not need a gun to ward off a attacker; pepper sprays, stun guns are
just as effective and leave you without the psychological trauma of gun
use.

As for limiting crime, the majority of crimes are committed with stolen
guns. By owning a gun you are promoting crime rather than fighting against
it.

I would think that as the owner of cambist, goldbarter and goldbarter
holdings you would permote the benefits of e-gold rather than gun
ownership benefits.

Regards

Anthony Brennan-Caldwell
