... I think I heard March 27th as the date for new $20s, and from my conversation with T.R. Hipschen (who drew new larger face bills) I suspect that the non-green colors may be pastels. This will have to be a gentle process, USA's quite used to green. And no, aside from my no-Monopoly-colors (it's all too funny anyway!) theory, I have no idea what we'll see!
