Plenty of sites have links right on the e-gold page. Others, such as the casinos we see here, seem to be surviving somehow...I am surprised more sportsbooks like http://www.megasb.com/ or http://www.fonbet.com/ don't use resources like this list, but they, too, seem to be doing ok (from what I've heard, I haven't tried either one). People find what they want, in my experience
