I think you are mistaken, and rather the free version does not come with
"integration" with Microsoft Outlook (only Outlook Express and Eudora if I
recall).

You can always just copy/paste your message text and encrypt/decrypt the
clipboard. That's what I do with GnuPG (along with WinPT), which is also
free.
