There are a couple of factors we should look at here.

As an established company your existing customers of course will have no problem to
use non repudiable payment, because they already know your company is for real and
they trust you.
Things would be rather different if you are just starting out.

Secondly, when you also accept creditcards besides e-gold, people more readily
assume that your company is ok.
In that case you are banking on the trust the customers already have in the
creditcard system.
Newcomers on your site would be much more reluctant to use e-gold if they didn't see
creditcards accepted too.

Thirdly, as a hosting service provider you would be a fool to cheat your customers
and not deliver, because many clients are likely to pay again next year if the
service is allright. The value of their future business is more than the one year
payment.
In these cases it is relatively safe to use non repudiable payment. Online casinos
are in the same situation for example.

If you are selling products that are typically bought only once by the same
customer, it will be much more difficult to have them trust you and use non
repudiable payment on the very first order...
That's where repudiable payments are needed to have the customer push that 'buy'
button.

By the way, I don't use creditcards myself (like most people in Europe).
