Good question, which means, I don't know the answer.
To me it's just an instrument that pays a 7.2% dividend each year, at least for now, probably more as profits increase, and cannot be diluted. I think they'll stay profitable and honest. That's what I'm betting on. If things go bad, that would suck and life would go on.
There are voting rights but I'm not sure how that might work. I imagine on occasion management will ask my opinion about something, but I have no idea how that might factor into any final decisions.
