I didn't say this, but all you need to do is look in the email headers and copy and paste the ip into some software like neotrace, or you can even check the path using "tracert" through a prompt on your local machine. tracert IP address [-d] This returns a list of the routers that are crossed to get to IP address. By using the -d option, the router path is displayed faster because tracert does not try to resolve the names of the routers in the path.
