I can't believe I'm even replying to this, but thank you so much for the
WONDERFUL insight and lesson in semantics.  Interestingly, "QUAN" in
Chinese also means power, and contributes to the Chinese words for "human
rights", which is what e-gold, the gold economy, and QUAN Exchange are all
about.

Idiom means 'regional speech or dialect' in English.  The word is often
mistaken for the word 'idiot', which I'm sure you know well what that
means.  Just thought I'd share.
