I don't know how many of you have heard of Dick Simkanin or Arrow Plastics. About a year ago, I heard of him. He had decided not to withhold income tax from his employees until he was provided with a copy of the law requiring him to do so.
Thus, this message is primarily about money - the taxing of it. As far as I know, nobody has ever shown the law where a business owner is required to withhold taxes from his employees - including income tax and FICA.
More recently, Dick ordered some American Liberty Silver pieces from Cambist. We were pleased to deliver his order in April. I was surprised to learn of his arrest and imprisonment. Dick Simkanin needs $35,000 NOW to cover outstanding Legal Fees and Expenses

As you may already know, Dick Simkanin has been incarcerated now just over three weeks.
The Attorney Fees, Court costs and other expenses are now in excess of $85,000, and Arrow Custom Plastics has drained its cash and is on the brink of shutting down after paying nearly $45,000 towards the $85,000 balance. As you can see, the $45,000 plus the donations of just over $5,000 received so far is not nearly enough to sustain the fight against our evil foe.
