Dear Robert,

I set up the account for Interglobal Paratronics, which if
you went to http://101468.e-gold.com/ you'd see is the name
of the account and which you can find on Google associated
with me - do a "page info" or file properties to check the
date some of those pages have come into existence.

As for what I paid for doing so, as I recall I set up the
e-gold account because Don Henson of the Texas Constitution
Ratification Fund wanted to pay my expenses that way. As
it turns out, I have about 312 ounces of gold in promissory
notes from Henson accumulating interest at 1.1% since
December 1998 through January 2000. So, I was, sort of,
paid to open the account.

On this matter, by the way, if anyone wants to go to El
Paso and do some collections work on these promissory
notes, I'm willing to offer a 40% bounty. Since the
interest compounds annually, I think I'm owed 415 ounces
by this guy, maybe a bit more. The 40% bounty in US
dollars at today's gold price would be around $60K.

Of course, that presumes that one is able to collect
from this guy who is, in my view, a deadbeat. On the
other hand he has a couple of houses I know about.

Regards,

Jim
