Looks like it's "Really Trademark Violating" to me...I'd wager they'll be seeing letters from attorneys shortly.
(Again, cf Aladdin "Thermos" example, cited endlessly in the past...) I don't know why there's this craze to name things "e-gold-this and e-gold-that" when the namers know they'll never get anywhere long-term being that un-original, even if they WEREN'T setting themselves up for legal problems. One thing's for sure, they certainly should NOT complain about attorneys being/getting rich... JMR
