as any e-currency payment system in the net e-Gold needs promotion and new
clients. So they must be interested if we advertize their name and
services on our websites, that brings to them new clients and new
turnaround with relevant processing fees.

Hey, soft drinks need promotion too! Why not open "CocaCola Casino"?

(I'll tell you why, they'd sue! Same with e-gold, they HAVE to sue folks
who steal their intellectual property, which includes the word you're
using without any permission, just like using Coke's tradmark would be
without any permission!)

If I'll be e-gold manager, I'll
be happy to find in the net each day something new like e-gold-shop,
e-gold-lottery, e-gold-auction, e-gold-boerse, etc. If all these not
competing with e-cash service itself, why not to support such merchants?

Because if you don't protect your intellectual property it's no longer yours, and it becomes a dictionary-word instead of your property. I don't think you or e-gold can come to an agreement on misuse of their property unless you think of e-gold like you'd think of CocaCola or a similar large company intent on protecting it's intellectual property.

We co-operating also with other e-cash providers as WebMoney, EVOCash and
Moneybookers, and respect e-Gold very high for reliability and comfort.

Thanks, but can't you open the Evocashcasino, or Moneybookerscasino? Why must it always be e-gold's name???!?

And most of e-cash providers support our marketing efforts, allowing us
usage of their e-currency names in our promos, that is quite reasonable.

Promos != casino-URLs. Get rid of it. Or be sensible like TGC did and put
a "th" in front of that egold (I'm sure e-gold Ltd.'s lawyers don't care about
the word, "the"!). It's *SO* easy to get around this stuff if you're AT ALL
even a tiny-bit creative about avoiding litigation...
