By the way, this is a typical example, where the whole trademark thing gets interesting. You see, use-gold.com could be a site with an American theme. Suddenly it would become USe-gold.com and would then actually infringe on e-gold's trademark. In the end, the crux is not so much what you have in the address bar of your bowser, but instead what the content, purpose and use of the site is...
