Okay, as people know I bring scams to people's attention on here. This one
as known has been around for a while. Well, I was viewing their site due
to it being advertised through PTR sites. What I saw was this:

'The founder of our service is a successful stock-exchanger David Fleet,
whom created this site in 2001. Our service was highly credited by E-Gold
administration and voted the best e-currency exchange provider on the
internet.'

Note they then say this here:

'DISCLAIMER:

This site is independently operated and is neither endorsed by nor
affiliated with e-gold Ltd, OmniPay.net or G&SR. Copyright c 2001,
Fast-Exchange, Inc., and its affiliated Companies. All Rights Reserved.'

This here came from here:

http://fast-exchange.com/index2.shtml

That is near the bottom. I wasnt aware that E-gold administration had ever
voted them the best e-currency exchange provider. Nor has their site been
around since 2001. The site was created closer to April 2003. Here is
where you can find the information on it:

Now, that site is infact ran by a group called GMTech, they are a group
from Russia which are known hackers and scammers. They are responsible for
a lot of the fake egold websites around.

You can find out more information on GMTech on Get Paid Forum.

I also noticed this here, which would make me extremely suspicious of
their site:

'Our site offers the convenience and ease to exchange your money between
the most popular payment systems on the internet including, PayPal,
E-Gold, Evocash, E-Bullion etc. You may also fund your payment system
account via Credit Card or Bank Account. Please note: for security reasons
we require both side scans of your Credit Card and identification.'

'12 AUG: Stormpay & Paypal
Fast-Exchange now cant accept as IN-exchange stormpay and paypal funds due
to often chargebacks. Some people used our exchange service with stolen
credit card funds! Please contact us if Your order was cancelled due
chargeback. We 'll find solution together.'

Then they wonder why there are chargebacks when they themselves are asking
for such scans.
