Go to http://dbourse.com, press the "New User: Create Account," and create your account. Then you'll need to fund your account -- for this, note that the account creation instructs you to email [EMAIL PROTECTED] .
You can fund an account with e-gold or 1mdc, and probably other DGCs like Goldmoney, e-bullion, and Pecunix as well. Funding is a manual process: you will be dealing with a human being at this stage.
After you fund the account, you can login and go to the trading screen to make your share purchase.

Also, you can just click on the "guests" thing at the top to view the market data --- which shows how the Flash system works. Since the technology itself is interesting.
(Annoyingly, it seems to not work with one os/browser combination -- OSX/Safari. The developers must be some idiots...)
