As far as technical analysis goes, I have no idea.
Is there a pennant formation?

it's made a few simple "hammers" which often indicate a top (look on any candlestick chart and you'll see it immediately)


A cup? A cup with a
handle?  Does it matter if you look at the chart from
6 months out, or 10 years out, or 20 years?  It all
seems like cloud watching to me.  ("There's a cloud
that looks like a fuzzy bunny!")


Chartists who worry about "cups" etc are fantasists who look at long time scales. :) As you often point out this immediately raises the deal-breaker "what time scale??" "Real" charting happens at the end of one day by looking at the chart and seeing if the day is in balance or what.
