I don't agree with this. While it is true that millions of people never have a problem with PayPal, everyone that offers a direct exchange with another currency DOES have a problem. Thieves want to funnel money into their offshore bank accounts. They don't want to buy Stuffed Animals on eBay. So, if you're selling stuffed animals -- you're good.
