Yeah, that's true. Still, that doesn't mean that one can't learn *something* from the data. In line with your own observations, our WheresGeorge group would (I would think) be even more likely to try to mark and enter the particular bills in question, thus skewing the number even higher than the true natural circulation. A reasonable conclusion would then be that they're even rarer than implied by my post yesterday. Of course, this will change over the next few weeks. Again, I agree that the numbers are not statistically valid, but I do note that the value has increased from 1,668 to 2,017 over the last day.
