This is my story using cashcards.
(please excuse my bad english, this is not my native language)

First, i have to say that i'm a cashcards.net member for 1 1/2 year now,
and i had never problems before using their services (mainly the vcash
debit card)

2 weeks ago (around 20 oct 2003) i was unable to connect to my vcash
account. This was the first time, because i use roboform (great software)
to memorize my login/passw accounts. so the problem was not on MY SIDE.
But cashcards site say that my password was incorrect. So i email
[EMAIL PROTECTED], they take some days to reply, and they argue they
cannot send me a password because i'm not writing them using my registered
email adress. After negociate and some more days, they give me a new
password to access my vcash account. At this time, i had $ 1650 USD on my
account. One or 2 weeks before, i made an e-gold -> VCash transfer to use
their new debit card (gold card).... but the new debit card is not here
(as many cashcards.net members know!) so i was a little afraid about
delays and want my money back to my e-gold account. I wonder if
cashcards.net "lock" accounts wich have funds (they aren't really locked
but you have to cry to get a new password).
Once i had my new password i ordered a transfer of $1,620 USD (all my
vcash funds minus transfer fee) to my e-gold account.

As they state on their website:
**************
Transfers from V-Cash to E-Gold it not an automatic process.
The funds are transfered to E-Gold from your V-Cash at 3:00pm
when Cash Cards runs there uploads for the day. Transfers are based on a
24 hour clock. All transfers must be done before 3:00 pm central time. If
done after 3:00 pm central time it is considered the next bussiness day.
And your funds will post after 3:00 pm that day.
**************

i expected to have my e-gold account funded in 24 hours. 24 hours later,
nothing. I let them 24 hours more, and... nothing.
so i write them an email both to Steve Renner ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and to
email support ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). No reply. 3 more email and 5 days
later, cashcards.net don't reply anymore to my emails.

so where are my $ 1620 USD ? lost ?? not lost for everybody i think ....
