It seems that the owner/manager of Stormpay has run afoul of the
securities authorities pretty hard. Allegations of running Ponzi schemes
and fiduciary mismanagement have been made by the Tennessee (Stormpay's
home state) authorities.

Again, just allegations and on the state level, but information worth
passing on given the number of policy changes that have occured in the
last six months or so with Stormpay.

In an aside, I've heard some grumblings RE INTGold, a much-debated topic
here in the past. One card no longer working, one card never shown up,
one customer service phone number no longer a working number, several
e-mails unanswered .. all from reasonably credible persons.

I notice that the price of gold on their ludicrous "reserve page" is still
fixed at $ 11.40 per gram. Would that I could reach them; I would
purchase every last gram of the stuff at the generous price of $ 11.41 per
gram, giving them a bonus on their gold ... I'd even pay shipping charges
...
