In last week we all noticed that accessing e-gold accounts was very difficult and slow in some periods of the day. I also saw in "help logout" that the session timeout is 20 minutes. So my suggestion is: Why not decrease the session timeout to 10 minutes or less? Or decrease session timeout in some periods of the day, perhaps when there are more traffic.
