I have read the apology letter but it does not give out any dates on the projected time on the upgrading...I have heard that it would be around Dec 1st before most of upgrading would be completed...Is that correct? Can you please clarify a little better on the dates on each upgrading as I believe it will give people better understanding of what to expect from the e gold service, down times etc etc without using the word "soon"....
