Howdy all...
A quick note of introduction...I've been a dgc list lurker for a long
while, keeping note of e-gold's and goldmoney's progress and occassionally
checking in with some of you on this list regarding e-currency and Internet
gaming.
I have been working with the Gaming Commissions of Nevada and Panama to
align regulations in such a way as to allow US casino/resorts to offer
i-gaming out of Panama. Panama will soon be passing the necessary
legislation to enable this.
In the course of my consultancy, I have had extensive discussions with Panamanian
banks regarding e-commerce, including e-currency backends
and ATM networks.
I can now resoundingly recommend Panamanian hosting and operating to the dgc
community. If anyone on the list would like to hear some feedback on my experience
in Panama, whether with the goverment or industry related corporations, such
as co-lo centers, telecomms and banks, let me know.
