hi jonathan, to get both an email from e-gold to yourself and a thank you email to your customer, you'll most likely need to use your own cgi/script as a target of the STATUS_URL from e-gold (instead of an email address). this custom script could process the notification from e-gold and send whatever emails you code it to do. the script could be written in whatever language you are comfortable with (perl, php, rebol, ASP, etc.). you can pass in the customers email be accepting a text input field on your initial page that leads to e-gold. by adding that field name as a BAGGAGE_FIELDS member, e-gold will pass it right back to you - then you know which customer to send the email to. (alternatively, you could store the information on your server, and relate back to it using a unique PAYMENT_ID you generate and pass to e-gold.)
