Mark Morey PhD His reference to reading my articles 'next to the microwave' is interesting. On Wednesday, I drove to Northern Calif. With Gulf War I veteran, Dennis Kyne [http://www.denniskyne.com]. We gave a talk on DU to the citizens of Willits that evening, spent the night and returned yesterday in the afternoon to the Bay Area. On the way up and back I was targeted with microwave harassment while driving. I also experienced it periodically all night and today, which makes it impossible to sleep or in such pain that it is impossible to do any work - it is a disabling weapon. It has been used at a Lakers basketball game in LA a few years ago to calm a rioting crowd. This technology is used to make the target person/population drowsy, blurred vision, extreme pain in the stomach, involuntary vomiting and defection, mood control, and many other effects. I have experienced this harassment since 1991 when I became a whistleblower at Livermore nuke lab. I discovered that Dr. Fred Wood, an electrical engineer who worked on radar for the Manhattan Project, has been heavily targeted while working on alternative energies for third world countries, and even received death threats. When I asked him how he sleeps, he said he shields his bed � probably like a Faraday cage made of copper mesh which makes it impossible for anything to get through. This technology was developed in the Nuclear Weapons labs, where I became a whistleblower in 1991, and was designed to be used on whistleblowers. It was also given to the EPA to use on environmentalists, and to the FBI for local law enforcement. It is now land, sea and air-based, and the last place for it to be implemented is space. Microwave weapons are now being used in Iraq, and has been reported in the mainstream media as a way to control crowds. Corbin Harney, Western Shoshone Spiritual Leader who ended underground testing in 1992 at the Nevada Test Site, told me that leaders he knows all over the US began to experience what I have described above in 1992. When the Cold War ended, this technology was already in place and was simply implemented in 1992. I have briefed Corbin over the past 5 years on different technologies now being used, such as Echelon and this microwave technology, for security reasons and to protect his movement. Last summer after Gulf War I medic Dennis Kyne spoke out and identified leadership who are Pentagon infiltrators at the Veterans for Peace conference in San Francisco, he was targeted with microwave harassment at his hometown of San Jose a week or two later and has continued to experience it. Former Japanese Parliament member, Nobuto Hosaka, while working in Okinawa to preserve a unique forest found only on Okinawa which was threatened by the construction of another US military base, discovered that this microwave technology was being used by the US military to calm and conduct mood control on the entire Okinawa population - both angry Japanese who live there and want the US out, and US military personnel. When I brought the topic up and he told me about his experience, he said he is probably the only member of the Japanese Parliament who knows about it. US Congressman Dennis Kucinich knows all about it as a longstanding member of the Aerospace and Aeronautics committees in Congress. He personally told me on the day the City of Berkeley presented him with my space preservation resolution (see www.peaceinspace.org) in Sept. 2002 - "they have this technology, they are going to use it, and they are going to put it in space". NASA Astronaut Edgar Mitchell told me nearly two years ago, that they probably already have it up there. In Congressman Dennis Kucinich�s 2001 Space Preservation Bill, HR 2977, the �Definitions� in this bill of space based weapons reveal that individuals and populations will be targeted from space: http://www.fas.org/sgp/congress/2001/hr2977.html SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) The term 'space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space. (2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following: (i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by-- (I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object; (II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object; (III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or (IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means. (ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)-- (I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B); (II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or (III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person. (B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as-- (i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons; (ii) chemtrails; (iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems; (iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons; (v) laser weapons systems; (vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and (vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons. (C) The term "exotic weapons systems" includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space. On Wednesday morning, Sept. 22, I made public comment at the UC Regents meeting in San Francisco about the nuclear weapons lab management change. It is extremely important to attend these meetings and get the minutes - many bits of information come out in their discussions that are not available anywhere else - Yesterday the UC Vice President announced that there is now a new "BLUE RIBBON COMMITTEE" established to oversee security at the weapons labs and it is comprised of two MORE Admirals and one General. I am waiting to get the names of these three news military types taking over the nuclear weapons program. It is very significant that I have now received emails from Bechtel, the Carlyle Group and DOE about my articles. If they are worried, then there is more to know and dig out. No doubt I will continue to be microwaved as I keep digging. These are the real weapons of the New World Order.
