Hi,
I don't know about the "Mikroelektronika programmer" but you can use
the ICD3 programmer, we use it in our lab.

Could I write bootloader.hex file onto e-puck robot using "Mikroelektronika
dsPIC Programmer/Debugger" rather than "MPLAB ICD 2 Programmer/Debugger"?
If the MPLAB programmer is the only solution, Could I use ICD 3 programmer
instead of ICD 2 which is out of stock?
