The i40iw (RDMA driver) does not support all devices that are supported by the i40e driver. The only a limited number of Fort Park (newer devices) support RDMA. The RDMA driver (i40iw) uses i40e_devids.h in user space to decide which PCI IDs to support. I have added Chien Tung to this email thread, as he is one of the developers on the RDMA driver team to help answer any further RDMA driver questions.
