The work to add XDP support into our older drivers, like igb has not been done and we do not have any plans to enable XDP for igb at this time. The 82576 Gigabit controller is only supported in our 1GbE server driver (igb), as you already know. If a community member would like XDP support in igb and is able to provide patches, we could assist in the review and validation of the changes.
