The previous driver (2.16.6) works fine. We are now using the in-tree version. Both of them give the following warning, which we are ignoring as the latest driver has issues: i40e 0000:43:00.0: The driver for the device detected a newer version of the NVM image v1.11 than expected v1.9. Please install the most recent version of the network driver.
