Is there a way to flash the boot ROM and set up iSCSI remote boot on the
Intel PRO/1000 PT (Dual/Quad) card from Linux? I have done quite a bit of
searching and all of the tools I have found so far have been for Windows or
DOS. Also, is there any other flashable firmware on these Intel ethernet
cards? I am trying to support firware updates for a bunch of components in
our servers directly from Linux since we don't want to have to boot Windows
or DOS from these systems.
