Yes, of course, and for all packet sizes our hardware is capable of line
rate, up to the limitations of the system and OS.

Yes I believe it is available from Dell.

depending on the packet size, yes.  10GbE traffic is quite a bit more
stressful than 1GbE and you'll need a pretty beefy machine.  For 1500
MTU most decent servers can keep up at line rate bidirectional at least
on a single port.
