There is no current way to modify the RETA registers from within the
driver.  Please post patches / ideas to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you
start to work on this because the generic steering mechanism should be
written in the kernel, and the driver should implement specifics for the
hardware.

You could prototype something just in driver, but the real interest is
making changes that could benefit everyone be done in common kernel
space.

Thanks for the reply - i have read that the table changes are possible
within windows, but i've not seen any mention within linux. Is this
the case? If this is the case i plan on implementing such an ability.
