Thank you for the info.  So I'll use the most recent
2.6.27 kernel and the 'ioatdma.ko' and 'dca.ko'
that are bundled with the source.  Latest Fedora
9 distro w/ updates.

Then I'll compile the latest OEM 'igb.ko' and
'ixgbe.ko' with DCA enabled.  For now it seems
I'm stuck with MSI rather than MSI-X interrupts
with the 'igb' driver.
