We're trying to use Intel Pro/1000 PT & Intel Pro/1000 VT with Link Aggregation.
Aggregated links are within a single NIC. I am not too familiar with this
feature.Is
there any documentation that any of you can point me to?
What we saw so far with RHEL5.2 and CENT OS 5.2 is that with 2 links aggregated
we loose ~25% of the B/W - I.E we seem to get only 1.6Gbps. Is this an expected
behavior? Are there any H/W offloads in the 82571 (PT) or 82575 (VT) that we can
take advantage of?
