Hello,

I'am using a computer where 2 ethernet devices with the PCI ID 109A are
present I have compiled and installed the 0.4.1.12 version on a 2.4.24
Linux kernel.
Modprobe works but generates the following output in dmesg

e1000e: Copyright (c) 1999-2008 Intel Corporation.
