Perhaps someone can help me.
I am trying to run a VoIP application with an 82571EB Interface
(e1000e). I'm using 64-Byte packets.
I'm getting a high number of RX Packet Drops when I try to go over about
180K pps. ( I need at least 350 Kpps).
Ethtool shows high numbers in rx_no_buffer_count and rx_missed_errors
I've increased the rx buffers, this gives minimal improvement.
I'm using CentOS5.2 / 2.6.28 Kernel
Dell R805 Server, Dual Quad-core AMD procs.
