you probably are hitting the cwind divider, you need a client / server that are 
capable of window scaling. 

you're probably never going to get a larger value than what you've seen without 
changing your setup.

You're getting a bit out of my league however, since this isn't a driver issue.

I see the Window size: 65536 in the TCP frame sent from the remote
end.  Do i need to do some other configuration? i have Jumbo frames
enabled at both the ends.
