Hi James,

The drivers on source forge are exactly the same as the drivers included in the 
kernel.  The major difference being the source forge drivers have kcompat code 
and thus should work on older kernels back to the 2.4 time frame.  While a 
driver in a given kernel will only be intended to work for that given kernel.  
If you want to get close you could look at the version number of the driver in 
2.6.37 (I don't remember it off the top of my head) and find a close version on 
Source Forge.

As for the spec sheets they are all on Source forge too.

For ixgbe you would want ether the 82598 and 82599 Manual's as those are the 
devices that are supported.
