Hi Carolyn,

The sleep was added and used a 10 microsecond delay that did not help so
we changed it to a 1 millisecond delay that did properly timestamp all
packets.  No further testing on an exact sleep time was done.  The cards
are connected at 100mbps and are connected to a Cisco IE30008TC (A)
switch.  Testing was also done when they were connected back-to-back and
the same results with 1 packet being unstamped was seen.  Also we just
discovered that when all the sleeps are taken out and the switch is
running in ptp mode forward the "no receive timestamp" error comes up but
when the switch is changed to e2etransparent mode the "no receive
timestamp" errors are no longer there.  Following is the information that
you have asked for and attached is the .config file.
