RHEL6.1 kernel version that I am using is 2.6.32-131.4.1.el6.x86_64, it works
fine with device id adapters 8086/10FB which is what your X520-DA2 adapters
should be.

I misread your original message and thought you needed IGB, when in face for
the X520-DA2 adapter you need the ixgbe driver.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/files/ixgbe%20stable/3.3.9/ixgbe-3.3.9.tar.gz/download

The X520-DA2 adapter should have been supported out of the box by RHEL6.1
please double check the adapter is correctly plugged in, and file a bug at
e1000.sf.net if the driver is not loading correctly. in the bug attach your
full dmesg, lspci -vvv output, dmidecode output.

sorry for the thrash, was reading too fast and misread.

I have donloaded the file igb-3.0.22.tar.gz. Please confirm that this is the
right driver to install on RHEL6 server.

Thanks You.

Please download the latest igb driver from e1000.sourceforge.net in the
downloads area (click browse all files from main page)
