Yes.  At the time the IFF_UNICAST_FLT flag was added to many drivers by
Jiri (added), the e1000e driver did not have the code to configure unicast
addresses - it was missed somehow when the other drivers were similarly
updated.  We currently have a patch in test that does this and it will be
pushed upstream after the merge window closes.
