Hello, 

I believe that we may have a problem with the loopback test on that part.  That 
explains why it passes on the 82576 part.  I will need to investigate further.  
In the meantime, have you tried downloading our latest out of tree driver 
located at the Source Forge site and see if the problem is there as well?  Some 
additional information that would be helpful is a full lspci -vv printout and a 
full dmesg log from executing the failing test.  Also, if you create a bug at 
the Source Forge site, it will make it easier to store and track data related 
to this problem.
